Residential Supervisor/Consultant - Utah Youth Village/Alpine Academy - Erda, Utah

Utah Youth Village/Alpine Academy is currently interviewing for two Residential Supervisor Positions at Alpine Academy. Alpine Academy is a beautiful therapeutic boarding school in a rural community with academics, clinical, equine therapy, and sports arena all on one campus.

The people who fill these positions will be responsible for the effective treatment of youth in the residential homes through supervising Family Teachers and Associate Family Teachers, ensuring model fidelity through service delivery and continued coaching of their teams, and will work with the interdisciplinary staff across campus.

The role includes direct supervision of frontline staff, coaching and training the Teaching-Family Model, in-homes and consultation, treatment planning, motivation system reviews, and administrative tasks. As the direct supervisor of multiple homes, it will be crucial for this person to have an expert understanding of the Teaching Family Model, "own" the success of each of their homes, as well as hold others accountable for their job duties. This person should be certified in the Teaching Family Model and should be adept at managing others.
