No two days will ever be the same working at The Marsh Foundation. You can be full-time, working only 4 days a week with 3 hours of built-in overtime. Our kids are challenged with varying mental health diagnoses and behavioral issues. There’s no need to be a therapist when it comes to helping kids. They need YOU! Be a part of our family-style environment that integrates therapeutic interventions, teachable moments, and helping families become stronger. Teamwork makes the dream work in our multi-staffed group homes while providing a family-style atmosphere. Oh, and the training you receive for 2 weeks is paid. What about a bonus? Just ask!
