Childhelp is seeking a trauma-competent, quality-driven Clinical Services Manager to provide leadership and valuable influence for our clinical team supporting our residential programs. This position is responsible for managing a team of clinical professionals who provide comprehensive mental health treatment for youth with early traumatic experiences.

Your Day to Day:
Supervisory
· Carries out clinical supervision responsibilities in accordance with Childhelp’s cultural values and performance principles, company policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include:
· Conducts individual weekly supervision meetings with each clinician, providing constructive, balanced, regular performance feedback & coaching
· Recognizing and rewarding performance excellence
· Ensures clinical staff achieve all goals and objectives of resident individual treatment plans and in program development in cooperation with residential staff
Administrative
· Ensures alignment of clinicians’ performance and quality with program goals via weekly one-hour supervision meetings with Clinical Director
· Completes supervision notes and provides to Clinical Director weekly
· Completes/signs off on Associate BBS paperwork
· Maintains regular communication with Clinical Director to include escalating concerns that impact client/supervisee safety
What We’re Looking For:
· Master’s degree (M.A.) in psychology, social work, marriage and family therapy or related field
· LCSW/LMFT, LPCC or Licensed Clinical Psychologist / Registered with BBS at least two years post licensure.
· Compliant with BBS required continuing education to provide clinical supervision.
· Minimum of one year previous supervisory/managerial experience
· Working knowledge of treatment plan development and implementation including charting and progress notes and related documentation skills
· Knowledgeable of all applicable licensure requirements
· Clear fingerprint background screening through the Department of Justice, FBI and Child Abuse Index
· Must be at least 21 years of age.
· Need to have flexibility for after-hours consultation.
