Licensed Clinical Professional (Clinical Case Manager) – Methodist Home for Children, Asheville, NC

Salary Range: $55,000+ annually


WHAT WE DO

Operated by Methodist Home for Children in partnership with the Department of Public Safety, our Juvenile Assessment & Crisis centers provide a comprehensive juvenile assessment in a residential setting with the goal of matching the youth to the most appropriate services in his or her community. The assessment takes place under the supervision of a licensed psychologist and licensed clinical case managers. 

WE’RE HIRING

We are currently seeking a Clinical Case Manager (licensed clinical professional) in Asheville, NC to assess clients and complete psychometric tasks, write up psychosocial history and individualized service plans for youth, under the direction of a licensed Psychologist, and serving as the primary liaison for the families and court services staff. 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Master's degree in a human services field;

  • Licensed or provisionally licensed by the relevant state board (LCSW, LPMHC, LPA);

  • Minimum of two years of experience providing therapeutic services;

  • Psychometric experience preferred, but not required.

·        Life Insurance: Term life insurance is provided by MHC for full-time staff in the amount of $75,000. Supplemental life insurance is available for individual or family coverage.

·        Workers’ Compensation: This agency-paid benefit covers on-the-job injury.

·        403B Plan: Employees can contribute to a tax-deferred annuity plan; MHC matches a portion of the contributed funds.

·        Credit Union:  All employees are offered membership to the Coastal Credit Union (CCU).
