Accreditation is based upon Standards that have been both researched and reviewed by professionals in the field. The peer-review process includes an onsite triennial review which measures implementation against the Standards of the Teaching-Family Model. In the year an onsite review occurs, the agency submits an INITIAL or TRIENNIAL APPLICATION. The years in which an onsite review is not conducted, Accredited agencies submit a SITE DIRECTOR’S REPORT which updates reviewers regarding activities and program changes.
